Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
By “cookies” we don’t mean the chocolate chip ones, although we very much like them. A cookie is a small piece of data (text file) that a website, when visited by a User, asks your browser to store on your device in order to remember information about you, such as your language preference or login information. Those cookies are set by us and called first-party cookies. We also use third-party cookies, which are cookies from a domain different than the domain of the website you are visiting, for our advertising and marketing efforts.
This may sound a bit stalking, but really, the only purpose it has is to obtain information regarding web traffic, recognize you if you visit our website again, and give you a better personalized service. Because we don't like to call you a User, we like to call you by your name.
Our website uses cookies to identify which pages you visit and how often in order to perform statistical analysis to further improve both our website and the experience we provide you. The information is then deleted, but you can also get rid of cookies by declining their use or deleting them from your computer.
Why are cookies important?
Cookies are useful for several reasons. From a technical standpoint, they allow web pages to work in a more agile way while adapting to the User's preferences, such as storing their language or the currency of their country. In addition, they help our website managers to improve the services they offer, thanks to the statistical information collected through them. Finally, they serve to make the advertising we display more efficient.
